Great experience from beginning to end. All the crews were professional, on time, and worked hard everyday. Whenever we had question, we got answers. Great company! Our pool and spa was finished exactly on time and looks fabulous.

Bill and his staff were wonderful to work with throughout the process. The pricing was as quoted- they did not try to add on as the pool progressed. I would recommend this company to everyone looking for a LOCAL business to bring their vision to life.

We are so impressed with their work quality and their work ethics. The guys came this morning to move our irrigation pump and fix the landscape. It is dark outside and the guys are still finishing up. We highly recommend the company for their pools and landscape. Contact us any time for referrals

Don’t make the mistake we made dealing with this company. We had a sea wall installed in Jan. 2018 and our pool installed May 2018 both companies completely aware prior to any work being done that a pool was going in. Within the first 3 months the pavers collapsed and had to be redone. Within six months our pavers have collapsed and now they are refusing to fix their work. This is not the only issue. They destroyed my neighbors yard, tearing up the lawn and they told them they would replace and repair the yard but they didn’t. Me and my husband had to buy sod and pay someone to lay it. Bill, the owner of Quality refuses to pay for this as well. They also busted the concrete under our house because they drove the equipment on it to get to the pool after our neighbor told them they better not set foot back on her property. Our driveway had some cracks in it from normal wear and tear and one bad spot where the concrete was messed up but they continued to drive trucks and equipment on it and it has now completely collapsed and they want to charge us to repair it. Now the sea wall is leaning and both companies are pointing fingers blaming each other instead of trying to fix the problem. We owed Quality a balance and the owner Bill actually texted my husband and threatened to come repossess the pump and fence if we didn’t send a check. He said he had already turned it over to his attorney. We texted him back and told him we would send the check but with the understanding that he would fix the fence from where they repaired the concrete under our house which he agreed to. He has not shown up to do anything. We told Bill that we were going to hire an attorney since he is refusing to fix his work and he told us to go ahead. They keep telling us they have come out but I guess they don’t realize we have numerous cameras on our property and see them when and if they show up. They came out the other day after we called about the pump leaking, he walked to the side fence looked over it and left. He never even walked inside the fence nor touched the pump. We were told they had keys to the gates since they install them so it shouldn’t have been an issue. We have had to hire an attorney to see if we can get the damage repaired. In the mean time we have a two inch gap between our sea wall and the pavers and the pavers around the actual pool have fallen and you can see the side of the pool underground.

We have had a great experience with Quality Pools. The pool/SPA combination they designed and installed is amazing. They are very responsive to any questions/issues we may have. Their service is excellent.

Quality Pools is the only pool company in the Myrtle Beach area as far as I am concerned! The built a phenomenal pool for me and my Canine Angel Service Dogs - we even let some humans swim in it sometimes. They built it on time as promised, fast (less than 6 weeks from start to finish), and were amazing with cleanup afterward. Most important, they understand the meaning and value of customer service, and took immediate care of several issues that always seem to pop up with anything new. I recommend QP with 5 stars!
