We purchased a used Doughboy pool around 10 years ago off Craiglist. The staff at Pooltown has been supurb however this rating is not so much about the staff but more the installers that the company recommends. We had an appointment setup today with a recommended installer Aviator pools to install a new liner as our old one tore this winter, the appointment was between 9-10am and when the installer had not shown at by 11am my wife called and left a message. She received a call back from a very rude secretary who said they were "busy" and would get there when they got there. Please keep in mind my wife took today off to be available for the install, my wife explained that we are customers and this is not how you treat customers and they were several hours late she was calling because they were a no call no show and then our appointment was promptly cancelled by the secretary and we were told to go elsewhere.
