I hired them to do a roof-top solar installation and the process started out great. Their estimator was very straightforward and we quickly came to terms on what few negotiable items there are on a solar installation. And then I heard nothing for months. And then they were ready to go; and oh, by the way, here are the drawings that we forgot to discuss with you and the conduit routes that we didn't really think about, etc, etc, I still don't have a functional monitoring system.
