Unfortunately, we are very disappointed with the outcome of our pool and concrete work. It's been two years and our concrete is not only wavy in some areas but has huge cracks running throughout and is lifting in one area. Our pool tile has literally fallen and when we contacted Conrad's--the repair work they conducted was ridiculous and unacceptable. We paid a lot of money for the work that was done and are so dissatisfied with the way our pool turned out.
Really upsetting to spend so much money only to receive results that are so poor. As a customer I knew exactly what I wanted when it came to plaster and concrete finishes and Conrad did not deliver. It's a mess.

We are happy with Conrad's pools. Conrad was very attentive to our proposal and expectations. His personality and easy repriore with his crew made the project go pretty smooth. If I have a question or need his assistance he will take the time to resolve the issues to my complete satisfaction. Laura B
