The folks at Riverbend Sandler were absolutely on point throughout the process of planning and building our pool. The planning process with Todd Theriault was really easy to navigate and he did a great job of showing us exactly how we were spending our money. Special thanks to our project manager James Antonio for being available to answer all our questions, and to keep the construction schedule on track. He did a great job of keeping us in the loop about the process, the project, and exactly when we'd be able to start enjoying the pool.
Do not trust this place especially if your sales person is Scott Pick. He only cares about selling you a pool and he does not educate you on must haves. Our pool overflows constantly bc he did not recommend overflow pump. Once we signed contract he would return phone calls, nit once visited the construction site to ensure we were happy. We were not happy. Worst decision ever to go with this company. We finished pool last summer and still struggling to fix all the issues. Do not think it is worth the lifetime warranty. The lifetime warranty is literally only for the gunite under the pool.
You can have the best product & do top quality work, but if your customer service is bad it stinks up the whole place. Such is the problem at Riverbend Sandler. They built my pool, have serviced my pool, but I must say if you try to contact them, they don't return your calls. You have to almost beg them to take your money. Sadly after 10+ years of this I'm done and moving on.
