These guys have been so wonderful from insert to present day maintenance. They recommended a few items upfront that cost a little more than I anticipated, but we trusted their guidance and did what they recommended. I use a local company to test our water here and there and they are ALWAYS impressed by the equipment and quality of our pool. Greg knows what he's talking about hands down. and Renee is always quick to call back and trouble shoot what little issues we've had. We are in our 3rd full season with our pool and we are VERY happy with everything. Highly recommend
I called Beadling pools almost 3 weeks ago to have them come out and look for a leak in our liner. They told us how to check if it was evaporating or a leak and how to check if it was in the lines. Did all that called back and ask them again if they would come out. Told them we had to put water in pool every day. Was told they would call when they could tell us when they could come. After 4 -5 days called back and gave them cell number so I wouldn't have to sit in house all day. This was left on answering machine. A week later still no call. Ended up calling another pool place who came out in 2 working days had it fixed in no time. They didn't make us wait forever. I guess I won't be doing business with Beadling anymore. Very disapointed
