Had a problem with switch to filler they call me said I need an electrician. I said I didn't know one because I live 2 hours away. They said do not worry and they took care of it. Love the service.

We were shopping for some time for a spa that offered an above average massage option. We stopped in to PP&S on a Sunday. Vicki showed us several models and explained the benefits and short comings of each. She was not pushy at all. Provided a brochure and a quote for the spa that seemed to best fit our needs. I emailed a few questions and after the near immed late response, went down and put a deposit on the model we wanted.
They 1 on the floor and we decided to take that 1. Mike came out and did a complete site inspection, he had a few concerns and Gearhart came for a follow up check. A few days later 7 guys were here to set it up. They made it look easy. Completed the setup adjusted it to exactly where we wanted it and took all of the trash with them. My electrician had a question and the answered promptly. Delivered yesterday at 3 these are my girls in it at 11 today. Super smooth process start to finish. Right down to an onsite training session on how to use and care or it. Great job by a great crew.
