I would rate them a 4 star review for the actually work that they did on my inground pool. 4 stars and not 5 because they left boxes and garbage behind and I think they should take that with them when they complete the job. I was fine they left the old liner but the boxes and tape they left right in my yard. Now I rated a 2 star based on my overall experience. The communication aspect was the most difficult. I understand companies, especially pool companies are busy during the summer but a phone call should be returned within one week. I had to make multiple calls. When Mike came out to measure our pool he said the cost would be more due to the repair needed and that he would contact me with how much more, that was in the beginning of June. I never heard back from him and called them on June 28th. On July 5th Mike called to inform me they would be there the next day and we needed someone to add water to the pool. I had to call all around and finally had to pay almost 400$ for last minute water but they could only come on July 7th. So Mike sent two guys back on the 7th to finish the pool. My husband had taken work off on Thursday, the first day and the second day we were both working. Mike called demanding that he get paid the remaining balance and said that his two workers were not leaving until they had payment and that they would follow us to the bank. It was very unprofessional to put his workers in that situation.
The best in the area, I will not go anywhere else. The customer service alone is worth the visit!
