The service man will set your winter cover aside so you can clean and dry it before you fold and store it for the summer. Water and debris must be removed from cover prior to our arrival. Note: Debris WILL fall into pool and be left there by our crew if NOT removed prior to our arrival. NOT INCLUDED WITH POOL OPENINGS: Vacuuming & cleaning of your pool. When scheduling your opening, please inform us if you would like this additional service provided: Our standard fee is $105.00 per hour & requires you to overfill your pool prior to our arrival.

If I had an option to give a negative star, Prestige Pool has earned it. We signed a contract in November 2017, made a sizable deposit. Now, middle of June 2018, and cannot get a start date for the project. Same excuse, wet April and May. Check the weather chart, April was wet with 17 days of precipitation, but May only had 7 days of precipitation. Frankly, I don't care about the spring weather, I would think that the company has lined out a schedule for all their projects, but they either refuse to give us a construction schedule or its simple incompetence and they don't know how to prepare a schedule. If your looking for a pool company to provide timely and quality service, keep looking, Prestige Pool it not it.
Horrible customer service! Our pool pump caught on fire and we called to have it repaired. They stated they would be out to fix the next day. We had someone at the house waiting on their service men because we have the power turned off to the pool for the replacement. They no showed nor did they call to say they weren't coming. This has gone on for a week. We called only to get excuses. They kept telling us "we're coming tomorrow"! Whelp, tomorrow would come and they would never show. Then we called and they said they couldn't fix it. Funny. they installed the pool! I'm so glad the customer service was as terrible as it was with you all because we went up the street and grabbed the pump from a different company and my husband and I replaced it in under 30 minutes. That saved us over $800. So, really thank you for being so dishonest and awful!
There are a lot of hot tub/swim spa dealers out there but after shopping around for over 2 years for the right swim spa unit, our decision was made easy by the personalized and friendly service that Prestige Pools provided to us. Both Chad and Mike were patient and knowledgeable to ensure we had the right equipment to suit our needs. They visited our site, allowed us to wet test their quality Marquis Aquatic Training Vessel (ATV) swim spa and hot tub equipment, answered all of our questions, and gave us details of all the benefits that our new swim spa and hot tub provided. They know their craft, like what they do, and most importantly care about the customer! We highly recommend their shop for your pool and spa needs!
