We put a pool in 2016. It would take too long to list the issues we had during the install of our pool. We opened the pool in May 2017 and found our concrete had shifted and the cantilever began raising in multiple spots around the pool edge. Towards the end of the summer we began finding cracks in multiple spots around the pool. After getting the runaround from the concrete company and the pool company, Ron finally came out to inspect the issues in August. Ron said that he would get the issues fixed and to this date they have still not been fixed. This is the worst company to deal with and I would recommend ANY pool company other them.
