Signed up for our pool in summer 2020 after researching several pool companies in our area. This one was recommended by our neighbor and from first meeting to finish we were very pleased with everything. Communication was great, stayed on schedule, and even entertained our very picky tastes which included a huge grotto/waterfall. As a busy Realtor I always recommend them to clients and friends. Five stars!

Shout out to Christian at Pools and Spas Unlimited. Great customer service as I navigated getting our spa back up and running after a season in storage because of home renovation. Our pool is a sprayed concrete almost 1100 Sq ft with lighting and fountains. This company has a very professional approach in everything they do. From the beginning they pay attention to all the details. The sales staff has a straightforward approach and offer the newest design and technology features. The teams that build the pool are amazing. The project process is very well managed from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

I would like to thank Pools and Spas Unlimited of Milford for the tremendous job of our new adventure and journey suggested and accepted of a salt water pool. Health naturally is of interest to most, I do believe the replacement of our liiner, etc. and change frm chemicals to salt will be beneficial health wise and cost to maintain. Dont know how everyone else feels but my house just wasn't my home without my pool and once again we have been accommadated. Thanks to each and everyone of whom participated!!

We had a fiberglass pool with spa installed last Fall. Everyone we dealt with during the contract and construction of the pool and spa was great. The crew that did the concrete work did an awesome job. Customer Service since the opening of the pool this year has been horrible. Phone calls are not returned, instructions on how to operate equipment didn't happen and there is one issue that is unresolved. I hesitated about posting on this website, but I don't know any other way to get a return phone call. I sincerely hope that Mark will call me back!

I said I would recommend but I am still undecided if I would or not. Here is my reasoning.....In the beginning everything was great. They were very responsive and were able to get the pool installed in a timely manner. The communication broke down a little bit when trying to get the concrete done, but it did get finished.
However, we have a few issues with the pool and several small cracks in the concrete that we want fixed and it has been over 3 weeks since they said they would be back to fix it and we have not heard from them.

New pool liner , installed April 2018. Opened pool April 2019 to discover extreme fading over the winter. I submerged a scrap of leftover liner to the bottom so you can plainly see how much liner has faded. History of customer service has been abhorrent.

This is my second pool installed by Pools and Spas Unlimited of Milford. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and trained to give the customers excellent service. They installed my first pool 17 years ago and second pool 2 1/2 years ago. Our relationship with them just gets better....

So happy with our Radiant pool from Pools and Spas of Milford. There crew was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. My pool went up in 3 days and the water has been the perfect temperature from day one. The staff are friendly and helpful and there to talk you thru when you have questions. Where else does the manager give you their personal cell number and responds to your texts on the weekend? The personal attention this company provides sets them apart from the others. If you are shopping for a pool, look no further!
