We had a bit of rain and our pool took the brunt -turning it blue to mud! Also ruining most of our equipment. Thank you Nate, Browns, Hayward, and BioGuard for taking such good care of my pool. If I could attach before/after photos, the transformation is unbelievable.
Well I have had problems ever since I purchased an above ground pool from them. They have been pretty good up until the wall started to rust at two years of age. Caroline and Brandi at the Newnan store have done everything they can do. They are wonderful. They are the only reason I am still with this company. I have tried to contact Tim Fowler the CEO and discuss this after trying to get it resolved and I get an email from him saying it would cost me 3000 to fix my pool. I have tried to contact him numerous times since that email and I get no response. I am very unhappy about all of this. I send them so much business because of Caroline and Brandi. These ladies take the brunt of all of this. They don't deserve it. I might have to start sending folks somewhere else. This is crazy. Pissed
Spent money to have my pool closed by Brown's Pools in the fall. They open it up for me on 5/9/18 and it is green. Paid $632.24 to have the pool opened and the sand changed. Water is spraying out of the pipes, the pressure gauge is broken and the lines are clogged from the chemicals they poured in. Spent $182.13 on pool chemicals on 5/10/18. Put everything in as they said. The pool cleaner will not move and there is no pressure. I called on 5/12 to have someone come out and they can not fit me in until 5/22! After 11 years of spending thousands on 2 pools I have never had such horrible service and poor quality of work! Will never recommend them again unless they make this situation right fast!
