Kitchen Cabinet Resurfacing (KCR) was founded in 1986. Owner, Davin Therriault has continued the family tradition by employing his wife, Alicia, his father, David and his mother, Trudy. The family enjoys a relaxed and comfortable working environment. Our 5400 square foot shop is located at 136 Merriam Street in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Our crew is fully trained to answer the needs of our customers, both at our shop, and on installations. We like to think that there are five major differences between us and our refacing competitors.
All refacing materials and countertops are custom manfactured in our state-of-the-art facility. Our equipment includes a multi-function neumatic hinging machine, a number of Delta high-horsepower table saws, sanders, shapers and moulders, high-powered specialty routers to manufacture our Corian countertops, large compressors, dust extraction systems and custom 10' panel saws. These components enable us to install most kitchens in only 2 days. Most of KCR's employees have been with the company for many years, enjoying a relaxed, yet efficient working atmosphere.
As a family owned and operated business, Kitchen Cabinet Resurfacing strives to make your entire experience with us as pleasant as possible, from the initial estimate and measurement to the final cleanup. By custom crafting all components in our shop, our installation process typically takes two days. Kitchen Cabinet Resurfacing also specializes in kitchen design. We can redesign your cabinets as well as build new cabinets to your specifications. We also pride ourselves on staying current with trends in kitchen design, learning from some of the world's master kitchen designers.
