They put new cover in parents in ground pool. Did good on that. 2 new pumps.probabl y 5 different visits to repair the job they did due to leakage and pumps not working right, as well as the guys that come out have no customer service skills, nothing works right still. We called another pool place and got more answers then this place gave us. Now we know the issue. And it's in their equipment they sold us. We tried communicating with the manager, all we get told is Mike will call you back. No call backs. Very disappointing experience. And the stress it caused my parents. And some good pay out to the company. Very unprofessional.
Very helpful I came across a model they produced in 84 and I needed parts. I live in south carolina so they are shipping me the parts. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
We have gotten good reliable service over the years. You got water and weather and electronic and electrical equipment in temperatures from 10 below to 100 above, all under pressure and the chemistry needs to be right. It s been a few years and they have kept it functional. It helps my bad back alot.
