First off lets start with John the sales associate, absolutely a pleasure to deal with! My property situation wasnt the easiest to design and he blew it out of the park! I had three other estimates and without pool builders even knowing the dollar amount of there competition they beat them by a far far amount. They also include a lot of things that other companies do not, so make sure you do your research before choosing.
From start to finish everything that was stated was done, keep in mind theres always going to be slight delays on certain portions of the build but theyll keep you notified through the entire process. My supervisor was DJ and I cant say enough good things about him and how he builds pools. All questions answered and if there was a problem he got it handled.
Robert in the office who I think is a construction coordinator was a pleasure to deal with, also made sure everything was on time and kept me up to date when needed.
Honestly, Im not one to give reviews.
I really had the best experience with this company. All my friends who have used others for there pools mentioned to me what a nightmare the process will be. Pool builders delivered and there were no nightmares, just an honest group of people doing what they do best... building pools! Ill update this review with more pictures when landscaping is complete

Amazing help and a beautiful pool! My friend had two pools built over 20 years ago in both of their homes and the quality is outstanding! I wouldn't go with anyone else! Everyone I worked with was wonderful-especially John DelRe and Lori. They were always available - answering all my questions in a quick and professional manner. Everyone makes you feel like family!

I gave Pool Builders 5 stars. They made our experience with our pool an amazing one! Our pool was not a huge project but they always treated as if we the utmost priority! From John Del Rei , our salesman being attentive and patient with us in designing, to DJ who was there overseeing everything and always having answers to any questions we might of had (no matter how trivial), to Lori keeping us constantly up to date on the progress and next steps, and to Pete who helped us with our finals and getting our pool exactly they way we needed it!!
They met all their deadlines in a timely manner and our pool flew through inspections!! Thank you PoolBuilders you made our dreams come true with our new beautiful pool! We will definitely be recommending you to our friends!!!!
