I filed a home warranty claim on July 13th, this company was supposed to contact me and fix the problem with my pool. The company information was provided to me, but the contact information was incorrect. I reached out to my home warranty company 3 days after the claim was filed and, after two additional phone calls to my home warranty company another pool company was contracted to make my repairs. Once Ultimate Pools was contacted that the job was reassigned they notified my home warranty company that the job was completed. Here is the problem, while the job may have been completed, I have no proof that it was done or done correctly, this comapny never contacted me and entered my property without my permission. I have now have contacted my pool service, to come out and verify that the job was completed and done correctly. I find this company very unethical and unprofessional. I did contact law enforcement and there is nothing I can do legally. If there were legal repercussions for them entering my property unauthorized I would file a compalint. They will never be contracted by my home warranty company again to do any service on my pool.
I really don't understand the other reviews but they have been nothing but professional with us and they get it right whenever we've experienced any issue! We were messed with horribly by American Home Shield along with we fix Ugly Pools and these guys rescued us once again! Thanks To everyone over there from phone to cleaning and repair!
