We were desiring a patio and outdoor fireplace installation and came across Fun Outdoor Living at a home show. Their display immediately attracted us as you could just see such quality of workmanship and attention to detail in all the pictures they had on site. Then when Andrey came to our house he visually designed the project just by looking at our backyard and the golf course it overlooked. We had designs on putting the fireplace in a completely different place until Andrey redesigned our original idea right on the spot from his mind! He has an incredible insight and vision for outdoor design and we can't tell you how satisfied we are with the finished project. We now have a huge patio with a majestic looking fireplace that looks out toward the golf course and have received many compliment from the golfers passing by. Our neighbor also commented on what a great job they did and he is now having a deck and enclosed porch added by this great company. I would highly recommend this company as they not only have great design vision but they performed all of the work with the greatest attention to detail. There was no price haggling and no unanticipated overruns. They completed the project on time and did a great job overall. Well worth the dollar spent.
My wife and I worked with Andrey with Fun Outdoor Living - I can't say enough great things about this fellow! Bottom line - friendly, creative designer, highest integrity, thoughtful, punctual, manages expectations exceptionally well, hard worker and tremendous organizer. An exceptional experience from start to finish! We contracted with FOL for a multi-month project which included a new deck, sun room, retaining walls, patios, outdoor kitchen, outdoor fire-pit, outdoor fireplace, pergolas, paver driveway, swim-spa, irrigation system, stone walkways, landscaping, landscape lighting and sod. Andrey Fleishman, our designer, point person and project manager, made a huge project a joy. He is a high contact, friendly, professional, design genius, and visionary that lives up to the company name, truly creating Fun Outdoor Living. From design concept, through planning and execution, Andrey maintained a keen focus on customer service and superior end product, and all well within budget! The time he took sketching ideas on graph paper, discussing minute details, helping decide on models, options, colors, etc., and managing all the subs, went beyond my expectations. With a project this size, there will inevitably be scope creep and change requests - these too - were handled in an exceptional manner. Many companies will not accept change orders; FOL welcomed the changes and additions, which ultimately led to a grander end product. I feel that Andrey, the subs he chose, the materials that were used, the customized design, the end result and the price - were all 5 star. At this point, my wife and I are trying to imagine other outdoor projects, just so we can continue working with Andrey and FOL. I would HIGHLY recommend using this company from the simple (just a spa) to the ultra complex (a 2,000 sq ft outdoor oasis); I would HIGHLY recommend speaking to Andrey, before you decide on going with anyone else - you will not regret it.
We worked with Andrey at Fun Outdoor Living to build a patio and fireplace for our backyard this past winter and have been very happy with the experience. We researched and spoke with other companies/ general contractors before selecting Andrey and he stood out among them all. He is honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, experienced and really listened to what we wanted. He did a great job of managing expectations with us regarding time line and cost of the project. He was our point of contact throughout our project, which saved us from having to oversee the project and workers ourselves. He provided his advice/ recommendation when we asked for it, allowing us to consider all the facts and costs associated with the various pieces of our project. We have already signed on with him to have some additional work done (irrigation, grading and landscaping) to our backyard this spring, and have mapped out a future project for creating more outdoor living space when we are ready for it. Another sign of a good company is that they stand by their work. Andrey has been very responsive to any concerns we have had even after our project was complete, making sure if something needed to be "fixed" that it was taken care of.
