Had an appointment for an estimate on my pool today at 3:30. I called to confirm my appointment this morning and was told we were still ago. So I leave work early to make sure I make my appointment, only to get a call canceling the appointment because "It was raining where he was at" mind you it is sunny at my house and if you live in Miami you know it can be raining across the street and not at your house.
So I tell him it is not raining here and he says yeah but it will be. It is now 30 minutes later and still blue skies. If this is how the company operates before they have your money I can't imagine once you give a deposit. I was dealing with Carlos which apparently is their guy for estimates. Be warned! If I were you I would look into a different company as I am doing.
