We provide spa cover replacement service across the Northern Outer Banks from Kitty Hawk to Corolla. We will come to your home to measure your spa size for radius and thickness. We will then go over a range of prices and colors for you to choose from. Once your new cover arrives, we will bring it to your home and discard your old worn out hot tub cover and install your new one free of charge. Our replacement spa covers are high quilt high density foam and built in Orlando, FL U.S.A.
The pool covers that we install are safety covers that meet ATSM Standards. These covers keep kids, pets and any other family members from falling into the pool during the Outer Banks' offseason. Also they are a tremendous help on keeping out leaves and debris along with UV light which causes algae. The covers are made of high quality dura mesh vinyl or polypropylene. The mesh's shape and tautness is formed by triple stitched straps that are pulled tight and held in place by stainless steel tension springs.
Stain removal can be accomplished in several different ways since here on the Outer Banks there are several different type pools, with different pool surface types. A fiberglass pool surface stain needs to be removed with a chemical compound dissolved in water and then added to a pool with the chemical balanced to a very particular level. Plaster pools with a lighter stain may be removed with a chemical compound and properly balanced water. If you have a plaster pool with a deep dark stain you will need to drain and acid wash the pool to remove the stain and prevent its return.
Here at Aquarius we are located on the northern beaches of the Outer Banks. We have the tools and training to find any and all different types of leaks in your pool or spa. Once we locate the leak we have years of experience fixing, patching, or replacing the problem area to stop the leak. A couple ways we do this is with pressure testing, dye testing, and sonar. Here on the Outer Banks were everything is built on shifting sands. When a pipe gets broke under the pool deck we use sonar listening equipment to scan the suspect area for the leaking pipe.
One of the most common repairs we do here in the Northern Outer Banks is the replacing of the halogen pool light bulb which happens every couple years if left on for long periods of time. Another option is to replace the outdated housing for new LED lighting. The LED lights Last 10X longer, save up to 86% percent in energy costs, and have 101 different colors and light shows.
