I bought a Hot Springs spa new from Bonsall in 1989. This year I was told by Chris, the head of service that I need to spend 6K on a new tub because it was too demoralizing for his employees to come out and not be smart enough to fix it. What about the morale of the customer? I thought that once I bought a tub you would service it for life? 6 months ago I spent almost 1K to replace almost every electrical component in the tub. Many broken promises by the service dept. Chris, this is the review you ask me to write. Nice people, decent product and pathetic service. I will hire someone else to fix the tub.

They did an amazing job on the indoor pool at Paws 4 Fun for the dogs to enjoy! Jeff and his staff are very polite and knowledgeable. We look forward to them installing out outdoor pool later this year!

Bonsall Pool and Spa did a tremendous job with us. We were looking for an affordable hot tub for our family of 5 and we got that and MORE! They were able to find us an incredible hot tub at a great, great deal. Plus, they worked extra hard to make sure it was installed, filled and ready to go as a Christmas gift to our kiddos. If you are looking for the perfect blend of great service and high quality hot tub, this is the place for you. Thank you Bonsall's!
