Superior Paving will excavate your existing asphalt driveway, remove and dispose of the existing asphalt. After the asphalt is removed, we discard the top soil, large rocks and any tree roots. The next step is to add approximately 10 of processed gravel, grade and compact the processed gravel and machine roll it. We then pave with 1 3/4 binder coat asphalt, which is the first coat of asphalt and machine roll it. We then pave with 1 3/4 finish coat asphalt and machine roll that to a smooth and solid finish.
