Excellent customer service and attention to detail. We worked with Chris Shinkle who was awesome. Very detailed plans. We ultimately decided to go with another company (based largely on cost) and even when I let him know this he wrote me a very long detailed e-mail about things to make sure they include with the design and installation. Other companies we're difficult to even get a design and proposal back from. I have no doubt Towne Scapes would have done an amazing job! Their price was comparative to other similar busniesses (definitely not the highest cost).
