Regular wear from traffic, water erosion, temperature changes, freezing and thawing cycles, even chemicals like oil, solvents, and salt: all of these can turn your beautiful decorated concrete into a pitted, cracked, discolored mess. Our high-quality, breathable concrete sealant protects the surfaces from wear, both extending their life expectancy and enhancing their color and sheen.
Stamped concrete is an innovative, beautiful, and cost effective method to achieve the look of stone, brick, wood grain, or other natural materials. By mixing concrete with the appropriate coloring and applying large-scale rubber stamps, stamped concrete can replicate both the texture and color depth of the mimicked material to combine a realistic look with the ease and durability of concrete. At Ferrazza, we've had extensive experience completing a variety of projects using proven stamped concrete methods.
We offer concrete driveways in the form of stamped, exposed aggregate, or broom finish. When placed, all unsuitable material is removed and replaced with the proper base material at no less than 4 inches thick. All material used for base is completed every 4-6 inches, insuring proper compaction. Our concrete driveways are poured at a 4000 psi strength and to a minimum thickness of 4 inches, or 6 inches where the driveway meets the road. Susceptible to heavier automobiles, all of our driveways are reinforced with a wire mesh and control joints, placed at no more than 10' top to bottom and left to right, in accordance with our best practices.
