We had a consult with Bob on a large backyard redo. He measured, we discussed design, and then a few days later he emailed us a preliminary design. We asked for a few changes, got back to him. and nothing. Radio silence. We've emailed and called several times, but no one has responded to our requests. Disappointed in the lack of customer service but happy to take our dollars somewhere else.
