Custom Concrete Contracting is locally-owned and operated; we have provided professional concrete finishing services to general contractors and homeowners throughout Northwest Washington since 1997. When it comes to concrete, experience matters! Our crews have years of experience and they have certifications in these areas: ACI Certified Flatwork Finishers/Technicians and NRMCA Certified Pervious Installers/Technicians.

Custom Concrete Contracting is locally owned and operated. We have provided professional concrete services to a wide variety of contractors and homeowners since 1997. Project size ranges from residential patios, sidewalks and driveways to commercial building foundations, stairs and retaining walls. We also install and finish concrete in public spaces - county parks, state highways and along city streets. Our office is based in Bellingham, WA, and we have worked on construction projects up and down the I-5 corridor.

At Custom Concrete Contracting, we know that experience matters and that it's important for our work to be done right - the first time. That's why we train, test and certify our staff through American Concrete Institute. Our Whatcom County concrete installation crews recently passed their annual certification tests, so we have 5 ACI certified finishers, 4 certified pervious concrete installers and 1 certified technician on staff. Whether we're working on a public works project, helping an individual property owner or serving as a subcontractor on a large-scale development project, know that we will use our experience to complete your construction project on time and on budget.

When we meet with homeowners to discuss options available for concrete driveways, sidewalks, paths and retaining walls, they are often surprised at the alternatives available. Concrete has come a long way from the days of only having one color and texture to choose from. These days, you can choose everything from decorative colors to interesting textures to trendy surface patterns. Of course, not everyone likes the trendy stuff, so they opt for some of the most popular, traditional concrete applications.

Concrete has long been an environmentally-friendly choice for building material. And with today's interest in green building practices that have less of an impact on the environment, concrete is making a big comeback. The good news is with today's staining and coloring techniques, there's no need to settle for ho-hum design. You can now get concrete in a variety of rich colors and textures that will make your home beautiful and give it distinction. Stained and decorative concrete makes trendy and long-lasting indoor flooring, and it can also be used to create outdoor living areas that boost curb appeal and enhance day-to-day living.
