I do not know what is going on with you, but I am tired of dealing with you not calling me to keep me informed of how my project is going! Over several months time I have ALWAYS had to call you, you would NEVER call me! When I would call, you would ALWAYS have an excuse as to why this project has not started! Too much rain, the other construction guy has not gotten back to me, I went on vacation, I'm backed up because of the rain and so on.

I have met with you a long time ago and picked out the type of concrete I wanted, the design and so forth, why would you string a disabled, wheelchair bound elderly woman along if you are not going to do the job?
