We had the company complete a waterproofing system in our basement this past year. At first, they were very professional and thorough. Coming out on 3 separate occasions to give us information about the job and getting us scheduled quickly. The minute the job started though, we had nothing but hassles. First, for a company that prides themself on installing ventilation systems and keeping your air safe to breath, they did quit the opposite in our home. NO precautions were taken to minimize cement dust in our basement. The amount of dust coating our house was far beyond something we ever imagined. It required extra safety precautions on our part to keep our family safe. Secondly, the work order we agreed upon was changed without notifying us. Many "corners were cut" throughout the entire job and the workers did as little as possible to get the job done quickly. After several phone calls and complaints the company did address 3 out of the 6 problems.
