Services
Foundation Repair
Our foundation repair services address cracked, bulging, or settling foundations using patented methods like helical piers and engineered steel structures. We restore structural integrity while preventing future damage. Each repair includes a 20-year transferable warranty and meets or exceeds industry standards for durability and safety.
Basement Waterproofing
We specialize in interior and exterior basement waterproofing solutions, including drain tile installation and sump pump systems. Our methods eliminate moisture issues, prevent mold growth, and ensure dry, habitable basements. All waterproofing work is backed by our 20-year warranty.
Concrete Leveling
Using mud-jacking techniques, we lift and stabilize sunken concrete slabs to eliminate trip hazards and restore proper drainage. This cost-effective solution extends the life of driveways, sidewalks, and patios without full replacement.
Egress Windows
We install ScapeWEL window wells that provide safe emergency exits and natural light for basements. These systems combine functionality with aesthetic appeal, enhancing both safety and property value.
Home Foundation Inspection
Our engineers conduct comprehensive foundation inspections to identify cracks, water damage, and settlement issues. We provide same-day reports with repair recommendations and cost estimates, ensuring transparency for homeowners and realtors.
