We purchased the 405 single bowl apron front sink and also the 766 Lunch lady faucet for our new home. Let me tell you these product are such an amazing value for what you get! The quality is fantastic, and the price is great. We have had the most compliments in our house on these two pieces. Having one single bowl has been great for cleaning large pots and pans. We also purchased the grids for the bottom of the sink, and I would highly recommend this! It makes it so easy to let things dry and also be able to wash down the sides and bottom without lifting everything up. If you are in the market for a sink or faucet that you want to love, MR Direct will not disappoint!

Their stainless steel sinks are a good product and value. But their faucets are not well designed it made. Their brushed bronze bathroom faucets are a red color that don't resemble brushed bronze. I bought replacement faucets and am having serious difficulty receiving a refund on the returned faucets. I ordered replacement pop up drains because the furnished drains' configuration was such that I couldn't keep them from leaking. They sent me a regular drain and two vessel drains and I don't have vessel sinks. I installed them because I didn't want to go through the Hassel of the return process and needed functional sinks. The kitchen faucet I purchased looks great, but the hot water line was plugged with black rubber which I had to remove for it to have water flow. Had to do this twice! Their products are Chinese made so buy with caution as the quality is poor.

Fabulous customer service! My 6-year old kitchen faucet developed a leak and became stiff to swivel. John Murphy helped me troubleshoot on the phone today and, in the end, decided that it's best to replace the faucet. He shipped a new on to me, at no cost. Highly recommend this company and its products for value and service. Thank you!
