Our management team, Jodie Chase and her husband John, are the recipients of coveted awards from the Connecticut Home Builders Association and National Home Builders Association. In 1986, we received our first award from the National Home Builders Association for our acclaimed 134-unit luxury condominium community, Woodfield Village, in Fairfield, Connecticut. In 1996, we were awarded "Best Custom Home" over 6,000 square feet by the Connecticut Home Builders Association for one of our custom homes in Greenwich, Connecticut.
