After meeting Adam and receiving a quote for tree trimming I felt pretty confident having Frazier's Lanscape do some tree trimming. The quote was reasonable, but the cost of trimming our large Cotton Wood tree was a bit high ($360.00), but I felt I was paying extra for their expertise with trimming such a large tree. On 5/16, my scheduled day with Fraziers I waited all day for them to arrive, and to my dismay they were a no show and no call to reschedule. Assuming it was convenient for me, they arrived early the next morning without notification.

Since I wasn't expecting them, I was surprised to receive a phone call stating that they were there and they had questions. Good thing I'm retired and was home at the time. From all appearances, they probably had been there for approx. 1/2 hour trimming the large Cotton Wood tree before I stepped out. Now, I'm no professional in trim trimming, but if I had a 60-80 tree that needed trimmed I would at least bring a step ladder to reach up to the tall branches. Nope, they used the same tool to trim the branches as they used to trim trees 1/ 4 of the Cotton Wood size without leaving the ground.

His response to my request of cutting a branch, I assumed would be included for the $360 I paid for their expertise with trimming tall branches from trees, was that he didn't have the proper equipment to do so. So I paid $360.00 for a tree that my husband could have trimmed without leaving the ground. As far as the other trees, there are branches that should have been trimmed, but were missed. I really don't think I got the service I paid for and would not recommend Fraziers Landscaping for any service just for their lack of professionalism alone.

Had Adam and his team come out and redo our landscaping at our home today, All I can say is WOW. They did an amazing job with our existing beds and the new ones that they created. Adam and his were very nice and answered any questions that I had during the process and installation. I highly recommend them as their work is top notch

We had a great experience working with Frazier's Landscape! Adam was able to provide an estimate within days of my first call. They were easy to get ahold of and took time to go over the options we were interested in. After signing on for work, they got us on the schedule in under 2 weeks. They came on the exact day that was scheduled. We hired them to clean out all beds, edge beds and mulch. Our yard has never looked better! It was SO nice to work with a company who functions so smoothly and has great customer service. We will definitely hire again for our landscaping needs.
