We are a family-owned business that builds luxurious custom homes in Georgetown and surrounding areas. Our founder, Rogelio "Roy" Malvaiz has been working in the construction industry for more than 30 years and been involved with building and lumber as long as he can remember. As a young boy he used to manage his father's lumberyard. He later moved to the United States and worked as a framer for nationally recognized home building companies in Atlanta, Virginia and Texas. After many years of experience, he's gained a true understanding that every good house needs a good foundation and frame, and every home needs much more.
