Modular Home Construction
Heckaman Homes constructs energy-efficient modular homes using premium materials like 2x10" floor joists, R21 insulation, and CertainTeed shingles. Our process combines factory precision with customizable designs, ensuring durable structures that meet or exceed state building codes. Homes are delivered ready for on-site installation with pre-installed plumbing, electrical, and HVAC components.
Custom Floorplans
We offer over 50 ranch, cape cod, and two-story floorplans ranging from 896 to 2,800 sq ft. Options include 1-5 bedrooms, 1-3.5 bathrooms, and customizable layouts. The Visualizer tool allows clients to preview color schemes and finishes before construction begins.
3D Walk-Throughs
Our 3D walk-through technology enables clients to explore model homes virtually. This immersive experience helps visualize spatial relationships and design choices before finalizing purchases. Available for all current model homes including the Buchanan and Craftsman II designs.
Home Visualizer
The online Visualizer tool lets clients customize exterior siding, window styles, and interior finishes. Users can experiment with Formica, Corian, and Quartz countertop options alongside Merillat cabinetry choices to create personalized aesthetics.
Warranty Services
