Level Homes was founded in 2000 with a mission to provide high-quality new homes and master-planned communities throughout Southeast Louisiana. During the 2008 recession, while many homebuilders and construction companies were closing their doors, Level Homes forged key partnerships that would enable the acquisition and development of several master-planned residential communities. This strategy insulated the firm from the negative economic impacts and allowed them to emerge from the recession as a formidable and well-respected homebuilder and developer.

We stand behind our homes. Level Homes provides a 1-Year Workmanship Warranty, 2-Year Systems Warranty, and 10-Year Structural Warranty. Download the full warranty booklet for more information. This warranty covers clearly defined standards for defects in materials and workmanship for the first year after closing. This component of the warranty includes roof covering, cabinets, countertops, door panels, exterior siding, hardwood floor, ceramic tile, drywall, interior trim, carpet, paint and the fireplace.

The Level Homes Design Studio allows you the ability to customize the interior of your home with our wide range of finishes, materials and enhancements. We offer a variety of flooring, wall tile, lighting, cabinetry, countertops, technologies and accessories for your new home. Because these designs and enhancements are created and value-engineered in-house, the time it takes to begin building and your overall cost are both reduced.
