We offer 2 x 6 exterior walls and multiple meticulous third-party inspections from pre-foundation placement to the final T.R.E.C. and Guardian Home Certification.

The Southern Living Custom Builder Program is a network of some of the finest custom home builders in the South. We review the homes they have built for their customers in order to look for craftsmanship, excellence in architecture, and home building that tells a Southern story. The Greater Houston Builders Association is GHBA is the voice of Houston's residential construction industry, serving our members and the community by education and advocating professionalism and quality housing. The Custom Builders Council of the Greater Houston Builders Association serves to form an alliance among custom builders to achieve the highest level of professionalism and integrity; to offer our customers quality construction and excellent customer service in the industry.

This 3,165-square-foot modern farmhouse is located just north of The Woodlands in Texas Grand Ranch and is open to the public. This home not only demonstrates the qualities we look for in our Custom Home Builder Program members - commitment to craftsmanship, southern architecture and quality homebuilding - but also gives back to the community through the support of Operation FINALLY HOME and Camp Hope.
