Additionally, we are proud to offer a 10 year fully insured, transferable warranty through PWC, a Zurich based company! We go through with customers, prior to move in, a final walk through; as well as provide an organized new home binder for easy reference of warranties and procedures should service be needed. In addition to the above warranties, we realize from time to time there may be some items that are in need of attention.
