Owner Eddie Junior Franks II moved to Atwater in 1967 at age 6 Attended Atwater High School Married to Monica Franks a local Real Estate agent with Century 21 They have one son, Eddie Junior Franks III. Eddie II is also a member of the California Waterfowl Association and is and avid hunter & sportsman.
