We are still so happy with our decision to build with Epcon! The entire process has gone so smoothly. Any concern we had during building was addressed and resolved immediately, with Chris Michael. He has immediately returned our calls before and after we moved in. We just had our 45 day warranty check with Mike.our confidence in the company continues to grow. We have minor issues, yet he addressed each one and even looked for things himself. He is taking care of all the phone calls, etc. Mike told us what to look for over the year as far as what is normal settling and what we would want to fix ASAP. He repeatedly stated that making sure we are happy with our home is what they will make sure happens!
