Nathan Forrester is the founder of Cannon Concepts, LLC. and Cannon Custom Homes. As a 3rd generation home-builder, he oversees all aspects of the planning, construction, and budgeting of each project. Danika Forrester is the Co-Founder of Cannon Concepts, LLC. and Canon Custom Homes. She is the Cannon Custom Homes' sales manager and also oversees the interior design aspects of every home we build. Our "Tradition of Excellence" began in 2001 when we started our company. Since then, we have used our experiences and client feedback to sharpen our skills and our ability to offer custom homes of exceptional quality and value.

We would absolutely recommend Cannon Custom Homes! We initially started our build with a piece of land we weren’t sure about and a builder that we quickly lost confidence in. Thankfully, we found Nathan and Danika! They put in so much work to earn our trust and build our confidence in their process before we even signed a contract. They had the vision we lacked, listened to what we wanted and guided us in building the home of our dreams. During the entire process, Nathan was extremely transparent about budget. He welcomed every question we had and his attention to detail in all aspects of our build was amazing. Danika was incredibly helpful as well, especially with the design side of things. She was patient even when I was overwhelmed, kept things light and fun and helped me tie everything together beautifully. Building a home can be a stressful time but Cannon Custom Homes made this process so much more enjoyable than we anticipated. It was a pleasure getting to know Nathan and Danika.
