Once framing begins, it generally takes 4-5 months until you are receiving the keys to your new home! With the purchase of your home, you get a one year builder warranty, as well as a 10 year structural warranty. On top of this, most of the products that are in our Design Studio have extended warranties included with them.

Bay to Beach Builders offers a great working environment for dedicated professionals. We are always taking applications for qualified candidates and will keep your resume on file for one year.
