We took possession of our beautiful new home in November 2017 and just want to say thank you to the entire Kanvi team. During the early stages, Mike, Andrea and Farhan spent months working with us on our budget, lot selection, preliminary design and pricing. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable with taking the plunge to build a new home during uncertain economic times in Alberta. We could tell that they had our best interest in mind and were not just trying to sell another home. They're the best sales representatives and owner we've ever dealt with. Kanvi's design guru Larissa was fantastic to work with! She was super patient with us throughout the design process as we worked through changes and the difficult process of meeting architectural color standards. This resulted in an absolutely beautiful result in our exterior and interior selections. Brian and Cory have unbelievable amounts of attention to detail which has translated to a near defect free home. They do construction right. And last but not least, John and Lana have taken such good care of us during our warranty phase. The house has been so perfect that most (if not all) our issues are very minor, yet they've provided such excellent service in working to resolve every single last item. In addition, through excellent communication and scheduling; they've kept the number of trades days to a minimum.
