In 1968 a very talented designer, Howard Franks, founded La Quinta Homes with his building partner and general contractor, Bart Marshall. Together they built quality custom homes in the Catalina foothills for more than thirty years. Their reputation was based on integrity, honesty, and a commitment to many satisfied clients. Michael Franks was inspired by his father's work and at an early age, developed a passion for architectural design and building. While earning his degree in architecture at Arizona State University, he designed many of the homes that his father built.

One of our newest hospitality projects includes the TRU Home2 Suites Hotel located in Central Phoenix. This hotel has a total of 5 stories with 207 guestrooms, for a total area of 104,906 S.F. The design includes an expansive rooftop pool and patio featuring a shade ramada and sweeping views.
