Our company was founded in Yorktown, Virginia in 1985 by Wayne Harbin and it is now run by his two sons Doug and Brad. HOME ENHANCEMENTS, the Remodel Division of Wayne Harbin Builder was formed in 2007 by Doug and Brad Harbin to expand the company to cover the needs for quality additions and renovations. Scott Maynor is General Manager and has been with the remodel division since it's inception and Sharon Thomas is Project Manager and has been with the company for over 20 years.

I would like to take a moment to give a shout out to Wayne Harbin Builders. I used Wayne Harbin Builders for my buildout at Blown Away Salon in Hayes, Virginia. Although there were some obstacles we faced throughout the demo and renovation, I was very impressed with the customer service I recieved and the way each and every person I came into contact with went above and beyond my expectations. Being a young woman entrepreneur it can be very challenging to deal with contractors that do not take you serious and treat you with respect and professionalism. They did. The team also did an outstanding job on my salon and worked very hard to create the vision that I had in mind. They nailed it. I am pleased beyond words at how nice everything came together. They always had my best interest in mind. I will be referring this company and using them in the future for my business and residential needs. Thank you again for a great experience.
