Working with Glenn and sometimes Nick has been a low stress process considering all the work that had to get done. Glenn did the coordinating with the subcontractors. He was very courteous and very reliable about getting back to me with any questions. The quality of the renovation was top notch. Would highly recommended using them for an insurance rehab. QFB staff are helpful , courteous and give excellent customer service. I had a leak coming from my upstairs bathroom to the kitchen below. Instead of cutting the ceiling , removing bathroom tiles & cabinets, they were very conscious of what that would mean for me. They tried an alternate solution to dry everything out & it worked !!

My parents home had a leak and have damaged drywall, carpet and black mold. The restoration has not begin yet, but QFB responde was immediately. Our home insurance sent them. Made inspection of damages, etc. During 3 days of inspection, ADRIAN and especially, ELI MERCADO told us about all damages and he was very caring and pleasant with us all the time. He told us that they, will take care of everything, not to worry thst the house will be as new again. We can't wait for them to start, which will be very soon. During an already difficult time, my dad had a pipe burst that left an inch of water throughout most of his home. After the water was removed and the pipe repaired, I contacted QFB to repair the damage. Glen immediately returned my message, that was sent on a Saturday afternoon, and coordinating began. I cannot express how attentive he was to my dad's medical needs, the timeline we were up against, and the concern he showed during each phone call. I was updated almost daily regarding work orders, insurance issues, delivery of items, and scheduling workers. The crews he brought in to do the work were also of top quality. They were kind, communicative, and did their work well. Dad is happily back in his house and it looks good as new. I would not hesitate to recommend Glen and QFB Property Restoration to anyone.

QFB Property Restoration just completed a large project in my house. We had a slab leak that damaged the kitchen area, and other areas around the kitchen. QFB responded quickly with the inspection and remidiation, constantly checking the levels and sending reports of damage and progress, they were extremely respectful and professionals specially the team under LeBrente Stevenson (remidiation) Kevin Wesner (estimator), several of their techs inlcuding Jim and Renato, they really respected the fact that their worksite is our home specially during these difficult pandemic times and having a small baby and older dog in home, they went beyond one could expect from a company to get us back in good shape with quality work and great timing. Equally impressive was the reconstruction portion of the job under Todd Ray with a challenging deadline and came up with different options to shave some time from the project compleition and with outstanding results. My wife and I are very satisfied with this company we would totally trust them again with work to our home in any capacity!

I had an AC drainage line clog up and leak and it caused damage to the drywall and baseboards. QFB did a thorough job and adjusted it to my schedule, as I was moving and my home was for sale. They couldn’t have been more cooperative and helpful and did an excellent job on the repairs and painting.
