It was an absolute pleasure being part of the restoration of this 1877 home, we removed 3 layers including, 2 asphalt and 1 layer of natural slate, after re sheeting all the decks and removing all the flat roof areas we then installed Certainteed Grand Manor shingles to preserve its historic value.
