Awful customer service! I had a leak in my roof that I was told was fixed but never actually was. Able Roofing decided that caulking a sheet of dry wall from underneath the leak would suffice. Not only did they not fix the leak, but I have interior water damage in my bathroom now. I have spent a year trying to get them to fix the interior which they agreed to, but for some reason getting them to respond to emails or actually setting a time that works for both parties seems to hard of a concept. They either don't show up when we set a time and don't call, or they show up when it's convenient for them even if they are told that that time doesn't work. Then when I complain, the sales rep has the audacity to tell me to relax and if I have a problem with it, I can fix it myself. If I could give them less then 1 star I would.
We just replaced every window in our house the day after Christmas and noticed a difference immediately. Everyone was extremely polite and professional throughout the process. I could not be happier with how everything has turned out and will absolutely refer them to anyone who might be in the market, not only for windows, but any other service that they offer. I am very unhappy with Able's repair work! I have an Able roof & paid $400 to repair a leak over a bathroom window before completing a remodel of the bath. Now, 5 months later, the leak has reappeared - same exact place. It is causing damage to the ceiling and tile - but repairs are warranted for only 90 days. So to fix the leak, I'd have to pay - again - for what appears to be short term repairs.
