Cindy spent quality time with us and made great suggestions. I am especially pleased with the suggestion she made of a more industrial carpet for our highly traveled stairwell. It looks great! I have had projects done before by other companies, but have never had one completed without a hitch as this one was. If this is a "normal" experience, you couldn't ask for better!
We offer a complete flooring experience, from advice on the best tiles for you, all the way to expert installation and follow up customer service. One company and one point of contact within that company for the length of your project. If there is a defect with the tiles, you won't be left alone to solve it; we will take care of it for you. If there is a problem with the installation, we won't say the problem is the manufacturer's. We stand behind all our products and our workmanship, and have since 1930.
Non-responsive trying to get an estimate. A response if any kind (nit five yet, etc) is better than ignoring a potential customer. Called to cancel an appointment due to getting no responses and they said "ok". Apparently they don't really care about the customers or care to ask what the issue was. They are officially off the list for my project. It was probably too small for them to worry about.
From start to finish everything was excellent. Our sales rep, Susan Polaski, had great ideas, patience, and took time to listen to our needs and helped us make the perfect flooring selection.
