NARI's annual CotY Awards were established in 1997 to foster a sense of pride and accomplishment among its members and to increase public awareness of NARI professionals. In this Kitchen remodelling project the client wanted to update existing cabinets and countertops. Client desired to update the kitchen so it looks brand new and like the kitchens they have seen in model homes and magazines.
