In 9 months during the rain of the winter we were experiencing a massive amount of leaking in our living room. I called Nick and he was very responsive, came out to take a look at the issue and came back later in the week to make the repair. He assured me that they "would take care of us" and if it leaked again, to call right away. Sure enough, it leaked again and I called right away. I have continued to call and send emails for the last month and a half with no response. I am extremely disappointed as we would have not purchased the home without this certification. I've been extremely reasonable with them, not asking them to pay for the repair or cleaning of our carpet and ceiling that was damaged from the leaks, but if I am ever able to get in touch with this team I may need to reconsider that approach. I'd highly recommend avoiding this roofing company at all costs and save yourself a headache.
