I recently had my roof replaced by The Roofing Company, a very large home that is now an Air B&B. It was excellent on on every level. When we decided to replace our roof, hiring a company that stood behind their work and had the backing of the manufacturer was important to us. We really did our homework and talked to a handful of companies before going with The Roofing Company, and we are so glad we did. Everyone we worked with was professional and knowledgeable. Chuck Simpson was a great resource for us and has gone out of his way to be certain that everything is perfect.
I am giving one star because the guy showed up on time for an estimate appointment but it ended there. They sent someone out March 5th and I'm still waiting for my estimate. Worst part is I called the company twice, and they said they would get back to me, and I'm still waiting! I had an active leak and I want to pay you money to fix it but I guess this company doesn't value customer service. Will not recommend the roofing company.
I absolutely loved working with this company. I do not live in the state where my home was being repaired, and after countless estimates from other companies, I went with The Roofing Company. Their bid wasn't the lowest I received, but their customer service and how thorough they were throughout the process was unmatched. The pictures before and after the job were done very well, the project manager contacted me several times throughout the roofing project, and made me feel like I was right there in town. I cannot recommend them more; they are an amazing business with incredibly helpful staff. Thank you Brian, Kris, Debbie, and everyone else at The Roofing Company!
